BBQ and Fire Pit Packages
These are only applicable to those staying in The Huts. Each hut has a BBQ and Fire Pit available to use to FREE OF CHARGE. If you should wish to use the BBQ or Fire Pit during your stay, you can purchase a range of additional extras shown below (see prices and packs):
- Fire Pit Full Package (bag of logs, bag of kindling & box of firelighters) – £15.00 each
- Fire Pit & BBQ Full Package (Fire Pit Full Package and a bag of coal) – £20 each
- Bag of Logs – £6.00 each
- Bag of Coal – £6.00 each
- Bag of Kindling – £5.00 each
- Box of Firelighters – £4.00 each
- Box of Matches – £1.00 each
Special Occasions
Make your stay extra memorable with one of our celebration packages, perfect for marking a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary.
Flower Package: Receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers, tailored to your preferences. This package is available for £35.00.
Birthday Package: Enjoy helium-filled balloons, foil number balloons, and a bottle of prosecco to toast your special day. This package is priced at £30.00.
Anniversary Package: Celebrate with helium-filled love heart balloons and a bottle of prosecco. This package costs £30.00.
Special Occasion Package: For any celebration that doesn’t fit the standard categories, we can create a custom balloon and prosecco package to suit your needs. This package is also £30.00.

From Penrith/Keswick
Turn off the M6 at Penrith (Junction 40).Travel on the A66 (Westbound) towards Keswick (bypass the first turning signposted Keswick).
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted the A591 to Carlisle.
Continue along the A591 for approximately 4 miles, Highside Farm is situated on your right-hand side just before a small right-turn signposted Orthwaite.
From Carlisle
Leave Carlisle on the A591 heading towards Cockermouth. Continue for approximately 18 miles.
Turn left on to the A591 at Bothel, signposted Keswick. Continue straight on that road for a further 7 miles. Highside Farm is situated on your left-hand side, just after a small left-turn signposted Orthwaite and about 1 mile beyond the village of Bassenthwaite.
